Discover your subconscious, make peace with your past, and live authentically and happily—by using an ingenious technique called sentence completion exercises. Sentence completion exercises basically help you feel better in much less time. They help you open the door to your subconscious, and thus become your own best friend. By doing sentence completion exercises, you will soon find it much less daunting to change your mental patterns and your behaviors. Once you tap into your own inner wisdom, your feelings will begin to work for you rather than against you.

Being happy should be your highest moral purpose. There’s no need to settle for less. Life is way too short (and too long) to be spent being miserable, conflicted, or apathetic!

p.s., Here are some sentence completions exercises to ponder, or better yet, to add six to ten endings for each stem, off the top of your head. The key is to not think too much; just write/type something as quickly as possible. You’ll begin giving your subconscious a much needed voice.
