Counseling Service

I invite you to be an active participant in bringing integration and peace to your inner world, shaping your future, a future of happiness via insights of your subconscious mind and behavior. By increasing awareness and emotional connection with your inner parts, trauma can be processed. Since encountering nonviolent communication in 2010, I also consider it enormously helpful to become fluent in the vocabulary of feelings and needs, which assists in developing a compassionate, needs-fulfilling relationship with yourself and others. In turn, we can devise life-enriching strategies to get more needs met and, simply, make life more wonderful.

If you’d like to convene with me online to explore your inner continent, either for a single session or many, please email me so we can setup a convenient time to meet with any of the many video apps. All you'll need is a headset (microphone, either built-in or external, and headphones) and a broadband Internet connection. Connecting via video is preferred but not necessary. I look forward to meeting you and helping you discover your sage-self and your happiness!

A 90min counseling session is $85 via PayPal or Venmo (or Zelle). I'm happy to accept cryptocurrency payment as well.

The process of introspection to gain self-knowledge involves subconscious discovery. We can learn how our past experiences, and especially how we made sense of them, might be shaping our present in costly or undesirable ways. Healing past trauma and growing beyond tragic strategies enable us to live more authentically and happily. An ingenious technique called sentence completion exercises can facilitate this. To familiarize yourself with this technique and explore a bit of your inner world, you can download the free three-day sentence completion program, which includes some helpful tips. It's located on the upper right corner of this page and site.

Sentence completion exercises can help one integrate difficult emotional experiences, as they open the door to one's subconscious processes. Becoming your own best friend is part of this; stems can make it easier to have compassion for yourself, which reduces the oftentimes daunting task of changing mental patterns and behaviors. Being happy can become your conscious purpose now. There’s no need to settle for less. Life is way too short (and too long) to be spent feeling miserable, conflicted, or disconnected (even apathetic), due to unmet needs such as compassion, clarity, harmony, peace, understanding, and meaning.

p.s., Here are a few sentence completion exercises to ponder, or better yet, complete with six to ten endings for each stem as spontaneously as possible. The key is to just write/type something freely, in an uninhibited way, without "thinking too much." This gives voice to the various facets of your subconscious mind. Remember, if you want a more detailed explanation of this process, please download the free three-day sentence completion program, which includes some helpful tips. Or, visit the resources page, scroll down a bit, and download an entire ebook titled The Art Of Self-Discovery by Nathaniel Branden, which is the most comprehensive workbook on the subject I've encountered.
